Can Passport Photos be ordered online?

No. Due to the extremely specific lighting and sizing requirements of all consulates, Passport Photos can only be taken in store.

Do we need to make an appointment for Passport Photos?

No, appointments are not necessary. Come in anytime during business hours for fast and prompt service.

How long does it take for Passport Photos?

Your Passport or ID Photo will be printed approximately 10 minutes after your photo has been taken. Likewise, New Zealand electronic online Passport Photos can be emailed.

How much is postage?

Our postage charges start at $15 per order using Australia Post standard shipping Australia wide for all digital photo prints, enlargements and poster prints.

Note: This is a total per order shipping cost – NOT per print.

Custom frame orders attract additional shipping costs. Please contact us directly for these costs.

Canvas Prints also attract a per product shipping cost stating at $25 per canvas using Australia Post standard shipping.

Please note that our shipping charge is for personal shipping only.  We are able to drop ship for you, however, this will incur additional costs.  Your product will not be sent until the additional charges have been paid. Please contact us with any queries.

Do you offer free pick up?

Yes, free pick up for all online orders from Shop 15, 3 Cottonwood Place, Oxenford on the Gold Coast during business hours .

How long does delivery take?

All orders will be despatched from Oxenford (Gold Coast Metro) within 24 hours on business days. Orders sent via Standard Shipping will be sent via Australia Post so please allow standard Australia Post shipping times.

Is Express Post available?

Yes, please contact us via phone (07) 5502 9888 or email orders@printproductions.com.au for a quote on Express Post if you need your order delivered in a hurry.

What are your opening times?

Our retail store is open to process all online orders from 8am until 4pm AEST Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and all public holidays.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

You will not receive an auto generated email (we are working on improving this!). If your Paypal payment is successful, your order will have been successful. If you are concerned, send an email to orders@printproductions.com.au as we intermittently check our emails outside of business hours.

How do I know my order is ready?

You will be notified via email once your order has been sent (this email is typed by a person, not auto generated).
